The Tent Provided In The Package Is Designed To Accommodate The Tables & Chairs Included In The Package Only, There Is No Extra Space For Additional Tables Or Areas ( Example. Dance Area, Main Table, Candy Table, Sweetheart Table, Etc.. ) However You Can Always Upgrade The Tent Size For An Additional Fee. 

 

Tent Top & Walls Are White Tarp. We Then Cover Them With Fabric Draping. 

 

Once A Deposit Is Made We Can Schedule You In For A Free 30 Minute Table Mock-Up With Your Complete Package.

 

Customizations Such As Custom Or Multiple Color Drapes Are Available Upon Request.

Customizations Request Must Be Made With 3-4 Weeks Anticipation

In Some Instances, Our Photo May Represent An Overall Theme Or Look And Include A One Of A Kind Vase Which Cannot Be Exactly Replicated. Although The Actual Arrangement May Not Precisely Match The Photo, Substitutions Of Flowers And Or Containers Happen Due To Weather, Seasonality And Market Conditions Which May Affect Availability. If This Is The Case With The Arrangement You've Selected, We Will Ensure That The Style, Theme And Color Scheme Of Your Arrangement Is Preserved And Will Only Substitude Items Of Equal Value.

  • Please read the following info regarding your tent

     

    Size:

    Actual tent is 28X80FT, MINIMUN SPACE REQUIRED 32FT X 82FT 

    Set-Up:

    Tents cannot be setup above any solid objects, bushes, trees, furniture, cars, on second floor decks, dirt or mud.

    Tents cannot be setup under any overhanging power-lines, tree branches, or overhanging gazebos.

     

    
Electricity:

    Electrical outlet must be no more then 50ft from where the tent will be installed. If outlet is further away client will have to provide additional extension cords.

     

    
Anchoring:

    If tent is setup on grass we will use stakes up to 36in in length to anchor the tent.

    All utilities and irrigation must be CLEARLY MARKED prior to arrival for tent install.

    It is clients responsibility to pull any permits.

    If tent is setup on cement we will use water barrels to anchor the tent. Client must have a water source within 50ft of the setup area. Client must also have adequate drainage for disposal of the water after the event. If water barrels are not able to be used for anchoring please contact our office for an alternative. Additional fees may apply.

     

    High Wind Policy:

    In the event of extreme weather or high wind we will not be able setup the tent. We will issue a cancelation and refund for the tent rental.

    We reserve the right to cancel any tent if there is potential risk of injury or damaged.

    These tents are not a shelter from extreme weather and must be evacuated in the event of high winds.
